You are only purchasing a digital file, not printed art.

You will receive the full-size illustration by email or other preferred medium, but mail is preferred.

Be sure to save the picture somewhere on your computer or some kind of back-up. If you lost the artwork, you can always go back to your mail to find it again.

I reserve the right of cancelling your petition if I don't feel like drawing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way to me or other artists.

Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you commission me it's because you like my work, not because your favourite artist is busy.

Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll slightly modify them a bit to make them fit my style. However, if you want me to stick to the original colors in the reference, please specify it in your message.

As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustrations you will receive (lineart style, coloring method, composition...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind.

I will work as best as I can, but you are the one who has to make sure that whatever you order is suitable for my style so you can avoid any dissatisfaction in the future. Browse around my gallery for samples as much as you need and please refer to the "Do's and Do Not" page for more info.

By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any Paypal chargeback.

Fictional characters like OC’s are preferred, but it is also okay to draw artwork based on a real-life picture of yourself or somebody else.

I highly prefer if you give a visual description of the commission instead of text paragraphs, I can work more accurately with visual examples.

Payment of the commission will be 100% upfront (meaning you have to pay the full price before I can start on your commission.) The payment methods I use are Paypal and iDEAL.

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;

> Use the picture anywhere in order to promote myself (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters or project), unless stated otherwise prior to the commission.

> In the case of commercial projects; I may share WIPs on social media unless stated otherwise.

You are NOT ALLOWED to:

> Change, modify, or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.

> Take credit for the art nor remove my watermarks/signatures.

> Use any of my creations in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

I will not trace a specific part of another artwork (or art that somebody else made in general), just to make it accurate. If you want me to draw a specific thing, I will draw it in my style, however I will always try to reference it as accurately as possible.

You are allowed to use the artwork as your profile picture or social media banner etc. if proper credits are given.

Payments will be made through Paypal and iDEAL in Euros (€) unless I give you other instructions.

I require full payment before I start the artwork. Partial payments may be discussed

I will send you a Paypal invoice with the specific amount that needs to be paid for the commission.

Please, note that English is not my first language so try to spell everything well and avoid using too many abbreviations or slang so I can understand you easily.

I would prefer a summary that represents the core of the project, just to get a sense of the kind of drawings that I will be creating. Below are some of the things you can tell me about;

I will try to finish your commission ASAP, however, please be patient with me. The estimated waiting time is 3 - 6 weeks from the moment I start working on your illustration. If you have ordered more than one illustration or something very complex, the waiting time will increase. Check my waiting list or send me a message whenever you want for a status update.

I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with the art.

If you need your commission to be finished by a certain date (for example; the commission is a birthday present for someone) you must state it in the form. Extra fees may be charged due to giving your commission priority.

Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any bigger changes will come with an extra fee.

I do not accept refunds since the need for money is quite big at the moment, so please be clear with your commission so mistakes will not be made in the process. Please also be 100% certain that you are willing to commission me.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received unless there's a good reason for it (such as serious financial problems).
